Block on my card 7-10 days....going on 45 now

Credit one put a block on my card stating they need to verify my identification. Unfortunately, they never announced this to me and it's not on their website.

I had to call to find out that there was a block on it they attempted to use the card at a store and it wouldn't work.They told me to send them a utility bill and a copy of my drivers license and it'll be 7 to 10 days. This was over 45 days ago. Since then I've called them seven times and had seven different people tell me seven different processes. I finally had to escalate the issue all the way to corporate office.

I spoke with them and they're no better.

I just got off the phone with a corporate supervisor who literally hung up on me because he was telling me to re-submit the exact same things I just submitted. I said that's repeating the same action, expecting a different result. I explained that my expectation was for them to fulfill their obligations and fix this problem.

Previously I was told the guys in the "backroom" do the verification checks. I asked to speak to their supervisor.

They said I can't call back there. They went on to say that they couldn't call back there. I asked if they had phones in the back room and they said yes. I asked to be put through to somebody who has the authority to call back there and was told there isn't anybody.

This might be the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life.

Nobody knows what the other one is doing. Nobody knows the processes. They ad lib and hope they get it right. Unfortunately if they don't it's not their problem.

Every single time I've had a new process to deal with they tell me it will take an additional 7 to 10 days.

This has been a comedy of errors. I cannot possibly give a worse rating to credit one.

Some transaction or transactions over time triggered their software. If it has been this long a Suspicious Activity Report was probably auto-generated and sent to the Treasury Department for investigation. The bank isn’t telling you anything because they probably aren’t aware of what’s going on.

Credit line increase is a joke

780 Credit score, no derogatory, flawless payment history with Credit One. After 2 years increases of $200 a couple of time and that's it.

Customer service is dumb as a rock, ...you will receive a letter, the only answer, no one is capable of a decision.

This credit card company is a total fiasco.

There’s never anyone to answer the phone, I have called over 40 times and all all you get is a recording that is no help at all. I don’t own anything to you. I paid my credit cart many month’s ago.

Unauthorized Charge on my credit card

Whoever this guy is he has been identity theft and I'm tired of it for almost 7 years I've been trying to get all 3 beauras of credit to take this guy off my credit accounts!! Don't know how he is still putting his stuff on my account! Do something to stop this guy!!!

7 sequential Fraudulent charges on my Credit One card?

I am in Florida. I have had 7 charges in Santiago Chile on my account.

My credit cards are kept in my safe so no one has access to them. Credit One Bank removed the charges and sent me a new card, however the charges went back onto my account. I have never used this card! I called and the customer service center in INDIA stated that the investigation was not found in your favor.

They said that the charges were made with an electronic device?

Not a thorough investigation, at the least. Will report to Federal Trade Commission and seek a remedy with my attorneys at Morgan & Morgan.

This is the 2nd time the card was blocked, as they are "unable" to locate the payment I made electronically. This is the Bank job, not mine.

I will not spend any more time dealing with such blatant incompetence.

Being put on hold in a call center at Mumbai, and spoke with 5 different managers, nobody was able to fix the issue, apologetic that's all they can do.

Next step, if not resolved I will be filling an official complaint with the Federal Banking Regulators for misappropriation of consumer funds.

My online access has been temporarily suspended. It's saying to contact customer service.

When I call it as me git my card l number m, I don't have my card as I am waiting for a replacement. I press 0 to try abd get through ti someone but it hangs up on my.
