Credit One Bank FAQs don't provide any information anout the ways to remove the hold on your card. The only way to solve your problem is contacting Credit One Bank customer support by phone at 1-87*-825-3242.

My account as a temporary hold how do I get it off.About one month ago I was online and trying to purchase something. Would not allow the sale to go through.

I received a text message that said, "due to suspicious activity we put a temporary hold on your card. Please contact customer service ASAP." The following morning I did as I always do but I could not get anybody. I got a voicemail. "Due to the Coronavirus are call wait times are more than usual truck please try again later." THAT WAS ONE MONTH AGO !!!!

I still have not been able to find anybody and my card still has a temporary hold on it. NOW I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM, I can't log on to my online account. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING OVER THERE.

According to the comments posted at reddit.com, if the account is suspended, you should contact the Credit One Bank customer care team for assistance.
As stated at livecustomerservice.org, to speak to the Credit One representative, please call 877-825-3242 and you should get an automated voice system. Press 1, then press 0# at each prompt, then press 0, press 0# each time you are prompted then press 0 and you should be placed on hold to speak with a live customer service agent.

Average says due to the Coronavirus hold will be greater than usual.. it hangs up and you got to dial tone. But I did get the problem resolved through Twitter

Finally got it Resolved after 1 month and tried EVERYTHING. I Posted my complaint on Twitter and got a response on Sunday 4-18 but was in the shower. Got back on Twitter posted again and this morning 4-22 got a call from AJ from Credit One was resolved in seconds.

I am having the same problem with a hold being placed on my account. I made a payment on my girlfriend's account. I went down to MoneyGram and paid the card off completely with money she gave me. She is disabled and is bedridden so I have to do these things for her. They placed a hold on her account citing "suspicious activity", however there is nothing suspicious about it. I am trying to get the hold taken off and don't know what else to do except send letter and proof it was my account and that I was the one who did it on her behalf. Anything I am doing wrong?

If you would like to dispute a charge that has posted to your account, please send a request in writing. It is very important that you provide all information in regard to your dispute:

  1. Your account number;
  2.  The name of the merchant;
  3.  A detailed explanation of your dispute;  
  4. The date that the charge was made; 
  5. The amount of the charge.

How can I cancel my mastercard?I get charged 5.00 every month which is ridiculous. I finally called and found out that it is for an annual fee?

I have plenty of other cards that don't have annual fees. Called customer service no option to talk to a live person.
