i have been calling for the last 3 days to solve a problem and they refuse to put you through to corporate and constantly put you on hold for hours to frustrate you and hope you hang up i get the feeling they stall you out cover for each other and if they would work half as hard to help you as they do to not do their job it would be easier this is the only one of my credit card companies that give me any problems i got a list of about 7 people names and id numbers that has wronged me not to mention the other 7-10 i didnt write down but they probably will pretend to care now that i am going to every site i can find to let the public know how they treat their customers look at my spending that is why this is the last card i use when i need a competent people to be there it just so happens that they can not even handle the simple things i used one of the competent providers to make up for what they would not do and i will probably except some more credit cards from more competent companies so i can cancel some if you dont want to help me and make up a bunch of excuses and call those excuses policy

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Easy to give you your money you do your job then.

I didn't like: Even here excuse was too many words.
