I want to talk to a customer representative and i couldnt reach to talk to. How i can reach to them ? they overcharged my 20 dollar fuel to 100 bucks. my goodness i want to resolve the problem!

Okay I am in tears over this I got approved then a rude person in your group wouldn't explain to me what I needed to do an how to do it just quick an simple he had no compassion or patience to help me so a week later finally got ahold of someone same stuff but now she said my avmccoubt was suspended why cause I didn't know what to do to be or where I ratty rude I just wanted my card to help my credit I am a disable veteran an I don't understand alot these phones I am hoping to seend u my military ID an Oregon ID be enough so I can use this card I moved an kinda short on things so can u help me out more than them they made me feel stupid but she said to send that to Las Vegas an u guys will see if I get a card I thought I was approved already sorry it hurt my feelings an tomite she said I was suspended an I don't get it can u help me out to activate an what I needed I asked if i could do it over phone

I use a Smartphone that saves my login information. The system randomly rejects the stored login credentials. Making it impossible to gain access and pay my bill. If you want continued payments, that has to stop. One location and device are used, there's no reason to question my identity!

Please review carefully before applying this card. you apply for one credit card and than later they will open another one saying credit limit increases without your consent to forcefully charge you extra fees like monthly annual fees (i thought annual fees means yearly fee but no not with this card). Consumer thinks getting this card will help build credit but no you are 100% wrong because they will put you in a dangerous situation like me now having identity theft issue because two or more credit account on my credit history

Serious Issue w Customer Service

Ive been deliberately left on hold, now, for > 1 hour! Ive been trying to straighten out a mess and make it right.

Three LONG TIME calls, three incomplete information. I can NOT get into your website, it is a WHITE page that's blank. So, I can't see my account information to provide facts to COB.

My credit is at stake, Im trying to get back to 800. I had been told, no balance, you overpaid by 1500.

Go spend. Next- you are late, your bill is >1800.00. So I spent over 2300. and I can't see how because I can't get in!

I was given recent info two nights ago call, but Im going back months and trying to confirm now which payments Credit One received?

It's 4:31 AM, and 'SKY' left me on hold to rot all this time.

He picked up right away, and I asked for a list of payments I made since March.

Ive been on hold since with short pick ups, then back to the music.

Since Sky decided to punish me, I remember him from three nights ago...

I'll just hang up.

Ive been on hold for 1:04:50.

I just wanted one record, why payments list takes over an hour?

I had asked him the other night why he was tormenting me, and tonight for punishment Im on hold and exhausted.

*I'm reporting to the BBB for lack of access to my account info to make things right.

*Reporting, the Customer Service is punishing, just brutal. Doing HaHa...?

*I've applied for Barclay card while on hold with Sky, (877) 825-****, my credit is >750, *I plan to take the credit hit and mail my cut up card to Credit One Bank.

I appreciate how COB helped me recover from a bankruptcy, and I earn ~175K a year now.

I regret how I was treated by this man and still want to get to a zero balance as soon as someone provides me with the facts, I'll face calling aging tomorrow.

Automated account info is 877-825-****. It will give you account activity including payments and purchases.

I've been a customer for a long time with credit one bank, I made the deposits as they ask you too when adding a new card or bank account to make payments, which went through as if I could make any payments to credit one, they returned all my payments when they're were funds in my account, then slapped me with 80$ in fees and interest charges, customer service refused to remove the charges, I don't recommend them to anyone they suck, I'll be removing them and nobody should use them, only if you want to get ripped off

I over paid them by mistake in the sum of $1970.00 , contacted them for a refund of my money going on 9 months, and so far haven't received my money. I used the credit card to retrieve some of my back now they are sent me a bill saying that I own them, and I am pass due on my account. I appear as though they can only add, and don't know how to subtract.
