Credit One Bank - Customer Service Sucks!!

Customer Service at CreditOne bank is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Its outsourced.

Which is fine. Unless they dont understand you. Then you get 8, lets count them 8, different transfers and 4 supervisors who have no idea what youre asking , what you need to do or to have done or even care. I was told to do this and in 7 to 10 business days this will be fixed.

Then in 5 to 10 business days this will be fixed. Then PROMISED by a supervisor, and no matter how many times you ask for a supervisor Monday thru Friday or on Saturdays, they never transfer you to someone in America who can maybe understand you and if not help you they can tell you what needs to be done. I have NEVER BEEN LATE paying a bill or had any issue but this one. So at this point I dont even want the card anymore.

There was never any fraud that I know of on my account, btw they ALL said they couldnt tell me what the fraud was exactly. I only want to pay off the card now.

Which Im doing right now. And CreditOne can stick it where the sun doesnt shine!!Happy

The company call me everyday, and tried not to assist me. Every time I speak with them, they apologize for what happened.

Then they tell me there’s nothing that can be done. I would advised anyone reading this to Run from this company.

Credit One bank is a nightmare. I went through a really tough time loosing my grandfather, my job, and then my housing.

I explained everything I was experiencing to the representative and she insisted on scheduling a automatic payment. I told her I would not have money by that date. She told me its okay. It was not okay.

She lied to me. After several attempts of making automatic payments that ended up being returned due to insufficient funds they closed both of my credit card accounts. I would have been better off not speaking to a representative at all. The Lies!!!

All they did was help me get my account closed without even letting me know. Now I have two jobs and was about to pay off my balances but dont have an account.

I am beyond pissed. Do yourselves a favor and run!

This company all around sucks they have a super high interest rate and hit your credit super hard. i just recently applied for a secured credit card i got an email stating i was approved and a letter stating i was declined due to the deposit payment not going through but $200 was still taken out of my account and they refused to do anything about it.

some how i had 3 or 4 applications even though i only filled out one and apparently the one that was approved and took the money my birthday didnt match and that is the only way to verify the account. then because the birthday was slightly off there words they wouldnt discuss the account any further or give me my money back.

I had a fraudulent charge & got no help. I called right away when I had a fraud chard.

They kept telling me give me two more days. First the call center is over seas!!

I had to file a complaint with the BBB. They do not protect their own customers!!

The worst company to open a credit card with

After two years of having their card with this stupid $300 I never got an increase never. Dont ever use this company to open a credit card with and when you do make sure you check your balance because they are taking more than what youre spending.

Payments for 2 years not reflected on my balance

I haven't been able to speak to anyone, all of the phone numbers on my statements and the website are not in service. I have been making payments for this card for over 2 years using DOXO, yet my balance hasn't gone down despite not being able to use this card for over a year. I have tried to resolve the issue by using the online "chat" and every time I get sent to a web page that requires a payment and entering my social security number.Do

Was A Customer of Credit One Bank and Was Current on My Payments, And Credit-One Sold My Account To There Creditor

I was a Credit One Bank customer until of last July the 9Th. Of Twenty-twenty Three.

Credit One Bank sold my account to their creditor, or (collection agency) without even letting me know what was going on with my account a head of time. I was current on my payments, and my account through Credit One Bank at the time.

In May 2023 I made a payment totaling $2,204.95. When I made this payment by phone with my checking account, I went ahead and paid the $4.95 express payment fee, where the payment was directly taken out of my account immediately. The next day the payment was posted to my account, and Credit One Bank is trying to say the payment was sent back to my bank.

Which it never was! I have even sent documentations of my bank statement, from the month of May. I also was current on my payments too, at the time that Credit One Bank went ahead and sold my account to their Collection Agency. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible customer service, none of the Customer Service Reps. speak proper english.

Made every payment and account still ends up over drawn each month without any charges to the card.

Cannot contact customer service at all, phone is always busy.

Multiple reports on credit from credit one, I highly recommend looking for another card because this card company is very unprofessional compared to any others

Can not reach anyone on the phone at credit one always busy signsl

I have fraudulent charges on my account. I can not call in to report then stolen.

I refuse to make a payment until I can talk to a human at credit one. I can not turn off the card to prevent. Your website sucks. No chat.

Every number is a busy signal. Your bank seems to be compromised. I will not put my checking account on your site.

There is fraudulent. Activity on my account and you are not holding up your end of the contract.

My express payment hasn't posted

I payed my bill with the extra fee for express payment and it has not posted. I want my fee waived and available money. I also cant log into my app to make payments

Credit score

I need to talk to a live agent. Ive called multiple times.

I need my payments to reflect on my credit score.

I paid my balance a month ago and it still isnt reflecting on my credit report. I need to clear so i can get pre approved for a mortgage sooner than later do to me having a child soon.
